yes, even though the sticker did not mention v2 when i opened and installed the router the software genie indicated it was a v2

I got this on special - it was recommended to me by a friend who is an IT technician. The instructions made installation a breeze. Prior to installing, I used WiFi Sweetspots (iPhone app) to test Wi-Fi speeds at certain locations in the house. After installation, I tested in the same areas, and saw an increase in speed as much as 3x faster. We use a lot of peripherals - as many as 8 working at once - and it still delivers uninterrupted access. I highly recommend this router.

Excellent router

We have a device heavy home and our service providers router was just not st OMG enough. We added this and we've had no further problems. This router solved all of our connectivity issues.

Just what we needed

Simple set up...done and working within 30 minutes. Easy to administer online. Great reception throughout the house. Now my 2 smart dvd units pick up Netflix with no problems!

This is the best router I have owned. Night be early since I have had it in operation for a week but if it continues as is for several years it will have been great. I got it or $149 and that is a bargain.

Execlent Router

I purchaced this Netgear Nighthawk X4 on line from walmart . I was not sure

Between the 1900 with 3 antenas or the nighthawk R7500 with 4 antenas.We

live in the woods so I need something that give me a stronger sign al. Very easy

to hook up with the free Netgenie apt that is free.It will fix your computer if

you have any troubles. Love that part.I have 5 bars now and 100% signal.Very

pleased Thanks Netgear and Walmart for another fine product. It uses up a little

more real a state on your desk space. You wont be sorry with this product.

WOW " Want Signal"

We upgraded to the NETGEAR Nighthawk router from 2 separate Linkus routers, because with the increased number of wireless devices in our home we needed more space and a better receiver to reach a further distance. It's been hooked up now for about 24 hours and so far none or our wireless devices have been kicked off. The speed with which the internet loads seems faster too, but that may just be our imagination. So, So far, so good.

I have never had a problem with NearGear before. I was able to register the item and then it died. I was able to return it.
