The details mention the material is plastic. Are these plastic containers or glass containers with plastic lids?

We are replacing our plastic storage containers with glass.  Glass washes easier, doesn't stain and won't absorb spices/flavors like plastic does.  We have found the Pyrex brand to be affordable and functional.  I really wanted this particular set, but the reviews were negative due to poor packaging and broken glass.  However, for a few extra dollars, I could get double the # of pieces by ordering this set.  I crossed by fingers and made the order.  The package arrived at my door safe and sound....NO BROKEN GLASS AT ALL...YAY!!!

Perfect gift

I love all of the different sizes that are perfect for storing different leftover portion sizes. The lids fit perfectly.

These are some of the best leftovers containers out there. And they clean so well. The price is great as well. I buy them every year that they go on sale.

I am giving 4 stars because, when I ordered these items, they saying it will delivered by Nov. 30. But these order delivered Dec. 4. I am still satisfied.

Good to buy.

This product is great. The lids are sturdy and hold up well in the microwave and dish washer. We use them every day. The only down side is that two were shattered when we opened the box and we were also missing lids for two of the containers.

Great containers

The lids don't seem to hold up well if they are put in the microwave, I have one that is completely warped. Mine also arrived with some broken bowls. Otherwise, I prefer the glass to plastic storage containers.

I was excited to have my first Pyrex set. Too bad it came completly shattered. The only padding was paper, no labeling saying fragile or bubble wrap. Returned it no problem but now missed out on a great deal.

Broken

The pyrex is likely great but I received mine in 100s of pieces because they were not wrapped in any protective shipping or marked fragile handle with care etc. So now have to go through the hassle of shipping back
