I bought this, and even when I have it on low it burns food?  Is this the way it is supposed to be? Is any one else having this issue?

I bought this a while back. Still going strong and is awesome for making meals. You just throw the food in and put it in low. Wait a few hours and your meal slowly cooks. Amazing!

I love my crockpot

This is a perfect slower cooker.  I would recommend for college students and first time homemakers.  This is perfect for simple meals. I love the print and it does the job.

Great Slow Cooker for the price

i love this crockpot! i have another crockpot of hers in a different print as well. love how easy it is to lock the lid and ive never had a disappointing meal come out of this. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS!

The silver colored lip just below where the crock fits in looks a little rough.  Haven't used it yet, but will do an update later. Got the 2 mini crocks, and they work very well for food prep and appetizers, all are from Hamilton Beach.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

I haven't actually used this yet. Just received it last week. However, the inside of the pot has small paint bubbles.. not sure how to describe it. Maybe it's nothing to worry about.. really don't feel like returning it.. too much work.

I purchased this on black friday 2018. I since have used it several times. Every time it seems that it does not get hot enough to cook the food. I have had it cooking 8-9 hours on low and food still has not been fully cooked.  It's a super cute slow cooker just does not work properly.

Doesn't Heat Properly

As stated in another review, it does not seal. I knew that when purchasing but didn't realize the top moves a little and makes noises when you're using it. There's a significant gap where the top fits on, so it slides and makes noise. The noise is consistent once the crockpot turns hot enough to start cooking the contents inside. Hope it doesn't become a safety hazard.

Wouldn't recommend

I ordered two of these crock pots during black Friday. Even with them just being $15 I couldn't justify keeping them. It didn't close securely. It was just so basic. It would have been better if it had an actual temperature button. I also don't understand how no one thought hmmm there needs to be some seal around the lid if you want the food to cook and stay warm. Without the seal it went back to the store.

Returned

I got this on black Friday as a Christmas present for my husband. He made chicken noodles tonight for dinner. He had it on for about 3 hours before it exploded in my kitchen. The lid is completely shattered. The glass from the lid is infused in the pot itself. Walmart offered to replace if the warranty company didn't replace or refund my money which of course they didn't because they said they only cover electrical or mechanical failures not manufacturers defects.

Exploding Crockpot

Absolute garbage. I've had this on high now for 4 hours trying to cook chicken in broth with vegetables (soup) and its barely halfway cooked. On high for 4 hours I'm telling you, and its not even steaming, boiling, NOTHING. What a complete waste of time and money. So glad I didn't pay full price for this piece of crap (got it at the black Friday price and even thats too much for it). Its getting boxed back up and returned. I'm sick and tired of companies making pure junk and charging highway robbery prices for the trash. Do yourself a favor and just pass this horrible piece of crap by and look at a different slow cooker.
