Works great and superior quality of construction
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my wife who uses it every day. She got hooked on Nespresso when our daughter and husband were visiting and bought one from Best Buy a few months earlier. They had purchased a 220-230 volt Nespresso in Europe and it was cheaper to buy a 110 volt unit then a power adapter due to the high wattage. When they left they took it with them, so another was ordered. In the mean time they appear to have changed the OEM manufacturer, but same quality. For the actual coffee, Nespresso has a warehouse in St. Petersburg which results in one day shipping.

What a tasty cup of cappuccino!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am in love with my machine and milk frother. The Nestle company assembled a lovely set. This comes with the milk frother and a small case of a variety of nespresso coffee pods. The instructions are easy to understand and the quality of coffee that is produced is that of an upper category restaurant. Well worth the cost and great for small spaces.

My husband LOVES his Nespresso machine.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yes, it is true you have to go online to order Nespresso coffee, but very easy to do and lots of flavors to choose from. My husband LOVES his machine and offers coffee/espresso to all who come to visit!

Holy Cow Nespresso is awesome!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife and I first experienced this machine in Europe. Every Air B&B we stayed at had one. We currently have a keurig machine and mix decaffeinated and regular to get our coffee fix without irritating our stomachs. While in Europe we tried the nespresso and noticed that it did not negatively affect us. We waited two years thinking our other machine would kick the bucket, but it's still going. We saw this machine on sale at Best Buy and decided to take the plunge. Let me tell you, we have not looked back. Every coffee in the sampler has been great, no irritations, even the dark ones. Not to forget the little milk frother, wow! I'm taking my espresso machine to the donation center. It even froths almond milk! We are in hog heaven. I've actually been able to have more then one cup of coffee a day. Totally enjoying this machine.

Great Machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this machine. I've had it for a year and it still runs great. I even purchased one of these for my office so that I could save money from afternoon Starbucks runs. In addition to getting a second Inissia I purchased a machine in the Vertuo line and have had it a year too. I have a Ninja coffee system that I don't even use anymore because this machine is so much better. The coffee in the Ninja doesn't get hot enough for me. The coffee tastes richer than any coffee I've made in a Keurig too. I use the Vertuo more often in fall and winter and the Inissia in spring and summer or when a cappuccino will do. I can't recommend one over the other as I really like them both however the pods for the Inissia are cheaper so I don't bother buying cappuccino and lungo for the Vertuo, only coffee pods for that one. I've tried the Vertuo cappuccino pods and can't tell a quality difference between those and the ones for the Inissia. If you are in the market for your first Nespresso machine and you like coffee and cappuccinos then I would recommend going straight to a Vertuo line machine. Either way you won't be disappointed.

Darn good espresso at home!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, it's worth mentioning that I haven't used nor do I plan to review the included milk frother. This packaged combo was so deeply discounted when I bought it in-store that it just made sense to buy it for cheaper than the exact same standalone Nespresso machine found elsewhere. With that said, the espresso machine is awesome! I've definitely come to appreciate the smaller cups of high quality coffee, available as espresso or lungo size. We happen to have a basic Keurig at home right next to our new Nespresso, so it's really like having the best at-home coffee setup. Not only is the coffee great, but the machine is also very compact and easy to clean! Now, some people online gripe about the Nespresso subscription service but it's really not that expensive given the quality of coffee that you get. And Nespresso throws in free gifts with your first few orders, offers fast free shipping right to your home, and prepaid UPS-labelled recycling bags for their coffee capsules. Everything about their operation just seems to be high quality and professional.

What a great little machine.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always wanted a Nespresso machine in my kitchen but was always held back by their high prices. With the Inissia, I could get nice espresso shots and drinks with ease. Been using it since June of 2018 so I can say what I have to say with confidence. The thing about Nespresso capsules is that they're not the best coffee you've ever had. But the consistency a Nespresso machine provides is fantastic. Their coffees are pretty decent, and you'll get the same results every time, provided you take good care of the machine, which isn't too difficult. The capsules (Nespresso capsules at least) are made with aluminium and can be recycled using Nespresso's free recycling program. I live in Vermont and the nearest store is in Boston. But, all I have to do is add a recycling bag at online check out, and fill it with used capsules. Once filled to the max line, I ship it with UPS using the pre-paid label that's already stuck on the bag. I appreciate the Aeroccino 3 because it does a great job frothing milk. It's not the same as steaming milk. Not gonna get that microfoam unless you go with something like the Nespresso Creatista, with its automatic steam wand. But the Aeroccino 3 included in this bundle does a great job. I use whole milk, store brand, and it works just fine.

Q: QuestionI usually use coffee creamer in my regular coffee, how does the frother work with creamer and one comment recommend using unpasteurized goat milk, is that true? What does the frother do? BTW I do not drink milk at all, will it be a thing to get
Asked by bunny.
- A:Answer Yes! I personally use coffeemate hazelnut liquid creamer NO MILK and it works perfect! I actually use a lot less creamer now as well. Saved on calories!

Q: QuestionAre other capsules (ie Keuring) compatible with this machine?
Asked by Didi.
- A:Answer No, you need to use the Original Line of capsules by Nespresso or another company like Peets. Keuring will not work.

Q: QuestionDo you have to use capsules or pods? The description does not mention them and shows a grinder as an add-on purchase, but the comments seem to indicate it's pod-based.
Asked by Adele.
- A:Answer Hi, You do use pods but you need to order from Nespresso. They not sold in stores. The attachment is not a grinder it is a milk frother. The machine is somewhat loud but makes the best coffee ever. The pods are more expensive than the Keurig pods.
