Simply okay.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tripod isn't the best quality but it does its job. The lower section legs are thin. It could easily get knocked over when fully extended. It won't be a high use item for me so I plan on keeping it.

Great for a beginner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tripod is great for use when you have to shoot a quick video, or even a long video. It can support a camera, as well as a cell phone. The height can extend up to 55" and has a swivel feature. It folds up nicely for easier storage. All in all, it is a great product!

Works great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got for Note 8 to take pics with. See pic. To that with my Note on the pod. It is good for starters and may not last for the long run due to plastic parts

My Fav new Gadget
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super easy to set up and use. Ideal for any beginner, I've tested other fancy ines and still glad I got this one! Such an awesome deal $199 for this and the Samsung 360 Gear Camera (2nd edition). We were offered one for $399 for business (just for the oculus no 360 camera, you can imagine how happy I was when I found this deal.We use the 360 camera almost everyday downtown Chicago :)

Smelly tripod. Ok for light loads
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As stated in other reviews these smell bad like oil or other chemical. I left them both out all night and they still smell not as bad. As a tripod for a phone they are great and come with a holder for your phone as well. For $10 dollars they are acceptable. Would pay 5 more without the smell.

Very delicate....not suggestable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Today , I have received product which has broken pieces. Am really surprise by seeing it how a repudiated company like BEST BUY delivered such a product with out reviewing checking. It seems the product was already used where can found some scratch on tripod stand due to expanded multiple times it seems. Am going to return this immediately.By it appearance it self we can found that it is used piece...really disappoints my expectation.

Good tripod but some drawbacks.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted an inexpensive tripod to shoot video with my smart phone. This one fits the bill. It is easy to set up and lightweight. Fits in the back of my car. A couple of drawbacks: being lightweight, it cannot be used with a medium wind. The tripod vibrates. The other drawback is the slide mechanism that holds your phone can be "difficult". Just make sure once you mount your phone to it that you make sure it is secure. I had my phone "rejected" but luckily the phone landed on grass.

Q: QuestionWill this work with a EOS Rebel T6 DSLR Camera with EF-S 18-55mm IS II and EF 75-300mm III lens?
Asked by Timmy.
- A:Answer Very cheap tripod. Wouldn't use it for an expensive camera. Buy a high quality one. OK for cheap lightweight camera like gopro.

Q: QuestionDoes this work with a cannon Powershot G12 ?
Asked by Allison.
- A:Answer The Sunpak 5555DLX is very lightweight with too much movement when parts are extended. Not sure I would feel comfortable using this wobbly tripod with heavy camera on the tripod mount, especially outdoors in windy conditions. Light-duty indoor work would be fine, it’s suitable for use with cell phones, mini-action cameras, e.g. GoPro, SJCAM. Read that your tripod thread is not centered under the lens, that might contribute to the tripod being top heavy, off balance, subject to easily tipping over. Only bought mine during a Black Friday sale due to low price, under ten; already own two reliable tripods.

Q: QuestionHow does the tripod crank to extend height?
Asked by Auggie.
- A:Answer Turn the little handle on the side. The one that moves in and out, you can turn it. Hopefully that makes sense

Q: QuestionIs the head removable? I have a ball head that I'm hoping can be swapped out with the pan head.
Asked by dusty.
- A:Answer I don't think so. I tried to loosen the head from the tripod base and it doesn't look like it will come off without damaging the tripod.
